These Terms govern the use of the Orchevia institutional website. Orchevia is a commercial product operated, for now, by TAB — Viribus Tecnologia da Informação Ltda., CNPJ 32.490.269/0001-90.
1. What this site is
The Orchevia institutional website. It describes the data-orchestration platform for diagnostics distributors. It is not a license agreement, implementation contract, or SLA.
2. Content
Texts, marks, flows and examples belong to Orchevia. Demo alerts (lab names, percentages and dates) are illustrative and are not real customer data.
3. Calculator
The simulation is an educational estimate. It is not a commercial offer and does not guarantee margin, savings, or results.
4. Contact
By submitting the form, you confirm the data is accurate and authorize Orchevia and TAB to contact you about the request, including by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for spam, to bypass the anti-bot check, or for any unlawful purpose.
6. Limitation
The site is provided “as is”. Orchevia and TAB are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the institutional content or the calculator.
7. Law
Brazilian law applies. The courts of the judicial district of TAB's registered office shall have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
